Camelot Associates Corporation, headquartered in Colonie, New York, was founded in 1967 as a home builder by Dennis A. De Gennaro. The company has evolved over the past 43 years as a major builder in the Up-State New York area, with projects from Vermont to the Northern Adirondacks. Camelot is a diversified builder with prices ranging from $200,000 to well over $1 million dollars; 95 percent of our projects are in the residential sector and the remaining are commercial.
With over 43 years in the building industry, Camelot is well aware that styles and trends are constantly changing. Working with our designers and buyers, Camelot produces new designs and floor plans that stay with the trends of the home building industry. From Camelot’s inception, our motto was and still is, “Building Dreams.” From the first step of designing the floor plan through the completion of the house, Camelot Associates and our entire staff makes sure that our Clients’ visions are met when the keys are handed over and their dream truly becomes a reality.
Camelot’s goal has been and always will be to build “The finest quality
that’s possible.” When building homes, we stress three main principles:
quality, meeting closing dates, and customer satisfaction! All homes
are Energy Star Certified and follow the proper guidelines to make sure
that, you the customer are saving money while at the same time, helping
the environment; these standards can be found throughout each of our
neighborhoods.
One of our most popular developments is located in the Southern
Foothills of the Adirondack Mountains, called Palmerton Heights. When
touring Palmerton Heights, our customers are amazed with the
breathtaking mountain scenery and all of the activities located near
by, such as the Moreau Lake State Park; which is one of the finest
parks in all of New York State, being chosen one of the top 100 Parks
in the country by the National Parks Committee. Palmerton Heights is
also the home to their award winning model, “The Legend.”
Another popular neighborhood, The Preserve is located in Northern
Saratoga County. It is set amidst a secluded nature preserve in
Saratoga Springs and is home of the 2004 Saratoga Builders “People’s
Choice” award for their “Templeton” model.
We are also very excited to introduce our newest sub-division called
Revolutionary Heights, which is located in the Town of Stillwater,
Saratoga County. Revolutionary Heights will consist of approximately
100 single family homes and 46 condominiums.
