Tom & I would like to thank one and all for all the work and effort expended to make our major renovation a success. We actually ended up “better than expected,” and even “better than we hoped for” and actually “better than we thought possible”.
We watched the entire process and know that no shortcuts were even considered by your crew and site supervisor. I think Paul may become one of the family. I thank Clay for his expertise and patience with the many questions like, “what if we did this & what if we did that?” and his assistance in explaining the pros and cons of each option. I know we must have made him crazy, but he never blinked.
We love our new house & our friends love it too. Let us know if anyone wants a reference- we are thrilled with your work and are not shy about telling anyone about it.

As we are approaching the one-year anniversary into our new, Camelot –built home, we want to take a moment to express to you how much we enjoy living here. Our home has turned out to be everything we imagined and we know you and your team at Camelot are responsible for making that happen.
Even though we have built new homes in the past with other builders, we have never worked with anyone who comes close to matching Camelot in the areas of customer service, quality and attention to detail. During the construction process, we were welcomed on-site & treated with respect and courtesy by every individual we encountered; and we would be remiss if we did not point out to you how wonderful attention we received from Jim Bashford throughout the entire process. He was always available when we had a question or concern and not once did he ever say “no” when we asked to have something changed or modified to better fit our needs.
In addition, we are now reaping the benefits of the many suggestions you made (which had never occurred to us)
and added to our home’s original design. Not only does Camelot build homes, you take into consideration your customer’s individual tastes and needs and incorporate them into a customized design to make each home truly unique.
Furthermore, with Jim currently on-site in the development, Camelot’s customer service didn’t just end when you completed our home’s construction. When issues have come up over the past year (as we know they do with every newly-built home), you have resolved them in a timely and efficient manner with our satisfaction in mind.
Again, Clay, we want to convey our appreciation to Camelot for the beautiful home you designed and created for us. We know we would not have had this same result from any other builder and we are sure we will be happy for many years to come.

Dear Dennis & Clay:
We would like to sincerely thank you and your entire staff for all the hard work and effort that all of you put into building our new home. As first time home buyers we were concerned that we might be making a wrong decision during the process of building a new home. However, Camelot made us very comfortable and helped us through the minor “rough” phases and process. We were always surrounded with professional faces…. They answered all of our questions and helped us keep our sanity during the 90 days of construction. Together all of you bring us a sense of community to a development that is not even completed yet. Looking back now, my husband and I both realize that Camelot truly worked hard to keep us all satisfied with the final product by producing a high quality home.
